Before being elected to the Pennsylvania House, David Rowe owned and operated LBG Fitness Inc. (CrossFit Lewisburg). He attended National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan after two years of Christian missionary work as an educator in Southeast Asia. Rep. Rowe is a former staff member of the Pennsylvania Family Council and attends New Hope Lutheran Brethren Church in East Buffalo Township.
Previously, Rep. Rowe served as vice-chair of the East Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors, secretary of the Union County Republican Committee, a member of the capital campaign council of Evangelical Community Hospital, a board member of the Central Susquehanna Fire and Emergency Services, and a commissioner of the Buffalo Valley Regional Police Department.
Rep. Rowe was elected to represent Pennsylvania’s 85th District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a 2019 special election. The district currently includes all of Snyder County and parts of Mifflin, Juniata, and Union Counties.
He currently serves on five legislative committees: Judiciary; Finance; Labor and Industry; Local Government; Aging and Older Adult Services (serves as chair of the Subcommittee on Programs and Benefits).
Rowe resides in East Buffalo Township, Union County.
